Sea Guardians: Unraveling the Secrets of Tidal Pools
The project “Guardians of the Sea: Unveiling the Secrets of Tide Pools” aims to raise awareness among students and the broader educational community about the importance of preserving marine ecosystems, particularly tide pools. Through direct observation, research, and experimentation, the initiative encourages the exploration of marine biodiversity to foster a deeper understanding of these unique environments.
Aim
To help students understand tidal-pool biodiversity and act to reduce pollution and threats to these habitats. The project’s main goal is to develop a community of “Guardians of the Sea”- teachers and students committed to actively protecting marine environments and inspiring positive behavioral change within the local community to help reduce pollution and safeguard marine life.
