Completed

The project focused on getting to know the aquatic nature and the biodiversity of Lake Farka through immersive learning experiences and by taking action. The proximity of the lake to the school allowed for accessible and authentic learning experiences through frequent field trips. Scientific activities included a water quality investigation where students conducted experiments on water clarity and documented their conclusions.

Aim

To help students understand the importance of water resources and protect lake ecosystems. The work linked classroom learning with practical environmental action and helped students communicate the value of protecting their local aquatic environment.
