EcoSea-Education for Sustainable Ocean Entrepreneurship (Eco-Yam)
Eco-Yam was a youth-led educational programme promoting ocean and water literacy through hands-on marine science, community engagement, and environmental action. The project empowered high-school students to act as researchers, educators, and community leaders through real marine research collaborations, citizen science, and public awareness activities. Students worked with professional marine scientists, participated in nationwide coastal.
Aim
To strengthen students' water and ocean literacy through practical activities addressing marine science, algae, entrepreneurship, coastal ecosystems, ocean literacy, while promoting environmental responsibility, scientific understanding and community engagement.
