Musée des Eaux – Engaging Communities with Water Conservation
The Musée des Eaux was a multidisciplinary initiative designed to foster freshwater literacy and environmental stewardship. The project successfully established a permanent, interactive museum featuring modular scientific exhibits, sensory panels, and student-led research on water ecosystems. Key results included the direct engagement of 434 students in scientific sampling, data visualisation, and artistic production.
Aim
To strengthen students' water and ocean literacy through practical activities addressing freshwater literacy, water museum, water-quality testing, environmental stewardship, eco-art, while promoting environmental responsibility, scientific understanding and community engagement.
