X23 Science in Society
X23 Science in Society Research and Education Foundation was funded with the scope of researching about social-related challenges for serving the benefit of local and glocal communities.
Our activities are focused on specific research domains dealing with social inclusion, social innovation, with relevant experience in international projects, including the public co-funded ones, in particular around migrants/refugee's self-entrepreneurship.
Our activities also target vulnerable target groups such as people suffering with addictions (drugs, but also gambling), and key societal challenges such as social housing, decent jobs, climate crisis, wellbeing through sports, with a view to support the capacity of the civil society organisations active in the above-mentioned area and drive pivotal change.
